So here’s my thing. There are so many people that I see posting hate or doubting Ryan Murphy. It really is getting old. The news that people want to guest star isn’t all that surprising to me. Glee is amazing and everyone wants to be involved with something so brilliant and loved. I laugh at all these misinformed people who do not take the time to understand what is happening.
As it is only January and people are so excited for April to be here the spoilers are coming out slowly. Ryan would never, ever take away from the show as it currently is. He knows what he is doing. Jennifer Lopez as a lunch lady? Hilarious. She won’t take over the episode, I doubt she’s in for more than 10 minutes. But it takes more to sign the already famous people into the show. NPH will be amazing. I’m glad to see so many people are as excited for that as I am. I see Barry Manilow as a bus driver. Or maybe the crazy math teacher Artie mentioned in Sectionals.
If you love Glee so much you should trust that Ryan will not disappoint. I’m tired of people saying they hate the direction the show is taking. That this cast member is terrible or I hate that one. I love that everyone has their own opinions but hate breeds hate. The simple fact is enjoy the show for what it is.
As for the casting call/reality show once again people are seriously misinformed. You act like they are turning it into American Idol! No such injustice will occur. Anybody watch the Fox Searchlight Casting video? It was on the DVD and on Fox Searchlights YouTube. If not, watch it. That is what they will be doing. It will be a reality show like Hoarders or Intervention is a reality show. No voting, no crazy judges just a behind the scenes look at casting for a hit show. Is that really so bad? Honestly people. Get your facts straight before you hate.
Hate on me hater. Glee will survive with or without your support. Many of us believe in what Ryan is doing and that nothing will take away our love for such a wonderful show and cast.
I believe in you Ryan! Screw the haters.
